I want to capture the honest stuff. The messy, loud, beautiful moments that actually make up your history, so that when you look back at these photos years from now, you remember exactly what it felt like to live it.

My absolute favorite part of this job is that I don't just show up for one day and wave goodbye. I get to step into your world when you're newly engaged, walk through the blur of your wedding day right beside you, and then stay there as your family grows. I want to be there for it all—capturing your wild toddlers, those sweet years when the grandparents fly in for big extended family sessions, the relaxed magic of your Florida vacation sessions by the water, and the everyday chaos of your kids just running the show.

It is an incredible gift to truly become your life documentarian and grow with you through all of it. And it only happens because we throw out the rulebook, pick a spot that actually feels like you, and just let go.

Meet Jess: A Connection Forward Artist

I’m Jess. I approach photography as a connection-forward artist first.

I have been a professional wedding and family photographer for 16 years. Over nearly two decades behind the lens, my core philosophy hasn't changed: I value honesty, rawness, and deep human connection above everything else.

My lens is a fiercely safe, welcoming, and celebratory space for all love stories, all family dynamics, and beautifully neurodivergent homes. Having a neurodivergent family myself, I know firsthand how much pressure there is to fit into a rigid box. Please hear me when I say: performance is never required here. You and yourr kids do not have to sit still, and nobody has to force a fake smile. You are entirely safe to just show up as your exact, true selves.

As a proud Florida native, a mom to two adventurous boys, and a lifelong lover of the outdoors, I am constantly chasing light and those fleeting, heavy-hearted moments that define a true story. Whether I am documenting a wild elopement on a Sarasota beach, navigating a busy wedding day in Downtown St. Pete, or exploring the artsy corners of downtown Tampa with your family, I’m looking for the honest frames.

My work doesn't live in a single box. Every gallery I deliver balances vibrant, true-to-life color with my signature black & white edits to give your memories a timeless, editorial depth.

Beyond the Camera

When I’m not documenting love stories along the Tampa Bay coast, you can usually find me:

• Hiking or biking Florida’s rugged backtrails with my kids.

• Tending to the beautiful, wild chaos of my backyard garden.

• Getting lost in books with my boys.

• Volunteering with local conservation organizations to help protect the very landscapes I love to share with you.

I am based in the Tampa Bay area, proudly serving couples and families across St. Petersburg, Tampa, Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakeland and beyond.
